We recommend booking at least 2-3 months before your intended travel dates for the best availability and planning options. For peak season trips (December-January), 4-6 months is advisable.
Not at all! While we welcome in-person visits, we can handle all planning remotely via phone, email, or video calls. Many of our international clients plan their entire Australian road trip without ever visiting our office.
It helps to have a general idea of your travel dates, budget range, must-see destinations, and any special interests (wildlife, hiking, food & wine, etc.). Don't worry if you're unsure – we're here to help you figure it out!
